BILLING & PAYMENTS:

Currently, we do not offer COD mode. And all payment has to be made online only.

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on Pvanfashion.com are the final billing amount shall be inclusive of all local taxes, are applicable in India.

We accept payments through Razorpay which accepts all major debit/credit cards and other payment options – Net banking, UPI and third party providers like Paytm, Gpay etc)

We have employed third-party facilities for all electronic payments collections transactions. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable. We are not responsible for any kind of payment fraud during your online transactions or payment failure, in such case customer should be contact to their bank or respective payment getaway service provider.

RETURNS & CUSTOMISED:  

Before you return our garments, please take a moment to understand how contemporary garments are made. Most weaves are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Returns

In case of a return, the customer will receive a full refund in the form of store credit only, and customer can use credit in next purchasing.

In rarest case of a product with a manufacturing defect, Payment full refund will only be made in following cases after receipt and inspected by our team to approve for refund.

  • The product is unworn, unstained and in a condition suitable to be resold.
  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product has price tag and all labels attached.

Alteration/Exchanges:

If you wish to alter/exchange our garments for different size or replace with another garments from our collection, please reach out to us with your order id and the item you want in exchange. The turnaround time for exchanges is 6-8 working days after receipt products from you, though we will try to get it to you sooner.

PROCESS:

You can place an exchange request for any of the items purchased by reaching out to our customer support via email within 48 hours of delivery.

Specify the reason for exchange or return in the email. In case of return, kindly also attach an image of the product. Our team will process and reach out in case any further details are required from you.

Please note:

We do not provide reverse shipment facilities for exchange or returns, and the item will have to be shipped by you on prepaid mode to our below office address please note we do not reimburse any return courier charges and solely has to be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Please allow us 1 – 2 business days for order process, and may take up to 3-6 business days for delivery depends on your locations and pin code distance from Mumbai.
  • For Custom/bespoke orders delivery usually take 8-10 business days.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders within India only.
  • For bulk orders the shipping and delivery timelines are determined on a case to case basis.
  • Orders will be dispatched on business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
  • International shipping charges depends on your country location and quantities ordered by customer. We shall confirm you international freight once you confirm us your purchasing details. Please note customer is solely responsible to pay all custom duties, service charges, local taxes or any such levies applicable on destination country. NO exchange or returns applicable for international orders.

Delays in delivery may occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled. However in case of your cancel request received before shipping, full refund will be reverse within 5 -7 working days.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be rarest times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched.

We reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, or any defect regarding the quality of the product.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancel after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account within 5 – 7 working days.

Order Tracking:

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.

You can use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
